Damaged or Defective Products

We want every Shell to arrive looking perfect and ready for your adventures. If your case shows up damaged or with a manufacturing flaw, we’ve got you covered — you can choose a free replacement or a full refund.

Just let us know within 30 days of delivery by filling out the “Submit Issue” form in your Printify account, and include a clear photo of the problem. No need to send the damaged product back — we trust you, and we want to make things right fast.

Customer-Initiated Returns

Because each Shell is made to order just for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind.
