We want every Shell to arrive looking perfect and ready for your adventures. If your case shows up damaged or with a manufacturing flaw, we’ve got you covered — you can choose a free replacement or a full refund.
Just let us know within 30 days of delivery by filling out the “Submit Issue” form in your Printify account, and include a clear photo of the problem. No need to send the damaged product back — we trust you, and we want to make things right fast.
Because each Shell is made to order just for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind.
Most orders ship within 2–7 business days after you hit “order.” Timing can vary a little depending on the season, product availability, and order size — but trust us, it’s worth the wait. We’ll always keep you updated so you know exactly when your Shell is on its way.
For customers in the USA, shipping usually takes about 2–5 business days after your case heads out for standard shipping and 4-8 business days for economy!
Right now, we only ship within the US — but don’t worry, we’re working on bringing Shells to the rest of the world soon. Stay tuned, because global style is on the horizon.
