We want every Shell to arrive looking perfect and ready for your adventures. If your case shows up damaged or with a manufacturing flaw, we’ve got you covered — you can choose a free replacement or a full refund.
Just let us know within 30 days of delivery by filling out the “Contact” form above, and include a clear photo of the problem and we will get back to you to help file your return! No need to send the damaged product back — we trust you, and we want to make things right fast.
Customer-Initiated Returns
Because each Shell is made to order just for you, we unfortunately can’t accept returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind.
